Whew! I am so excited to go to Gatlinburg this weekend but let me tell is ridiculously difficult to prepare for a trip for 20 people. My roommate Bridget and I spent all day yesterday cooking and preparing foods. We don't want to have to spend time down there cooking so we decided to have all of the food prep-prepared. We went out and bought the aluminum pans and just prepped everything so that down in Gatlinburg all we'll have to do is pop it in the oven.

Hungry Girl has the best and easiest buffalo chiken dip I've ever tasted. We made 2 big pans of this.

This is definitely a Cincinnati dip, but I suggest everyone try making this. I promise you won't regret it! We also made 2 big pans of this.

I found this recipe on Pinterest and believe you me these really are crack potatoes. They are so addicting so I hope 3 large pans are enough for 20 people!

Everyone loves some good 'ol puppy chow!

I've also been searching Pinterest for some cute, but casual and comfortable outfit inspiration for the weekend. We'll be cramped up in a cabin for 3 days so there is no reason for me to dress up in my normal going out clothes but I do still want to put some thought into my outfits.
